Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy Fullscope Mobile Diagnostics LLC provides mobile specimen collection and medical courier services only. We do not perform laboratory testing, diagnosis, or result interpretation. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Because our services are mobile and require advance scheduling, travel time, and reserved availability: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment Arrivals more than 15 minutes late Failure to be present at the scheduled location (no-show) may result in a non-refundable service fee, up to the full cost of the booked service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full service fee. By booking an appointment with Fullscope Mobile Diagnostics LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
