Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC (“FullScope,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Scope of Services
FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC provides mobile specimen collection and medical courier services only. We do not perform laboratory testing, medical analysis, diagnosis, or result interpretation. All testing and result reporting, when applicable, are performed by independent third-party laboratories.
Service Fees
All service fees are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to:
Mobile service fees
Specimen collection fees
Appointment scheduling fees
After-hours or weekend fees
Travel or mileage fees
These fees cover technician time, reserved appointment slots, travel, and medical collection supplies.
Laboratory Fees
For services that require laboratory processing through a third-party laboratory:
Once a specimen has been collected and transferred to the laboratory, laboratory fees are non-refundable
Laboratories begin processing immediately and do not reverse charges
FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC does not control laboratory billing or refund decisions
Missed Appointments / No-Shows
No refunds will be issued if:
The client fails to appear at the scheduled appointment
The client is unreachable or does not respond to the technician
The appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
A new appointment and payment will be required to reschedule.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule one time at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new appointment and payment.
Company-Caused Cancellations
If FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC must cancel an appointment due to circumstances within our control (such as technician unavailability or equipment issues), clients may choose:
A full refund of service and travel fees or
Rescheduling the appointment at no additional cost
Collection Attempt Limitations
No refunds will be issued for:
Client refusal to complete collection
Inability to collect due to client behavior or non-cooperation
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Inconclusive or rejected specimens (laboratory fees may still apply)
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service refusal and submission of documentation to the payment processor.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days and issued only to the original payment method.
