Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, scheduling services, or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Scope of Services
FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC provides mobile specimen collection and medical courier services only.
Services may include:
Drug & alcohol specimen collection (DOT & Non-DOT)
Legal DNA sample collection (collection only)
Mobile blood specimen collection (collection only)
Secure specimen transport to independent laboratories
We do not perform laboratory testing, medical analysis, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Medical Advice or Diagnosis
Services provided by FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients are responsible for consulting licensed healthcare providers regarding medical concerns or test results.
Third-Party Laboratories
All specimens are transferred to independent third-party laboratories.
Those laboratories are solely responsible for:
Testing
Analysis
Result interpretation
Reporting timelines
FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC is not responsible for laboratory errors, delays, or outcomes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate personal and identification information
Follow all collection instructions
Be present and prepared at the scheduled time
Ensure a safe and suitable collection environment
Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
Payments & Billing
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC does not store full credit or debit card information.
Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
FullScope Mobile Diagnostics LLC is not liable for:
Laboratory errors or delays
Employment, legal, court, or immigration decisions
Inconclusive or unfavorable test results
Liability ends once the specimen is properly collected and transferred.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
